Restaurant
Every night from 19-23.00, in the specially equipped restaurant in the Palanord venue, you can taste typical Irish dishes (Beef in Guinness stew, Honey glazed Bacon & Cabbage, Mussels cooked in Guinness, Irish stew, Seafood Chowder and Fish & Chips), alongside tradition Bolognese dishes (tortellini, lasagne, salsiccia ai ferri, grigliata mista, friggione). The team is the same winning one as last year: Chef Damien O’Shea, who is brought over from Cork specially for the festival, and Luciano Raimondi who brings his expertise for the Bolognese menu.
